Well...I was looking online for a Ice-Pack to ice my back when it slips out...and came across a home remedy version. Neat idea...in the posts further down the page are even other ideas. We have a food saver vacuum packaging thing...which I could use to try this out...instead of ziplocks bags. I would have to pre freeze the substance or when getting vacuumed..it would not seal.

What happened to your back? Hope it feels better, mine is sore from shoveling snow, good Grief, we have a lot, and need it. Not complaining, just commenting.
So I've heard...we moved about the right time. They have had Snoqualmie pass closed several times this year due to avalanche danger.
My back was injured years ago...and every now and then it slips out after a rigorous day.
so did it work?? What a cool idea! I'll definitely have to tell Ryan about it, he has a slipped disk/disc...not sure which one too use..too
