Lets all wish Ben a merry Christmas! I think it would be a great idea to write down some Christmas wishes, thoughts etc for Ben here in the comment section..then I would take all the comments and create a custom card for him. I hope to have it to him by Christmas...so I will take whatever comments are posted and mail it next Thursday (Dec 20th) that way it will be close..if not right after.

Hey Ben!! Happy Christmas to ya! All of us girls know that Jon is reading what we say so it's hard to say what I would normally say because I don't want Jon to barf all over my letter ") I just wanted you to know that yes- I wish more than anything that you could be here. Your presence is more than missed at every single family get together , I hope you know that your part in this family is always important and still just as necessary as the day your cute smile came into our lives. I know your life hasn't played out the way you intended it to but I guess we all can see the amazing man you've become regardless of horrible circumstances. I think you will be a force for so much good in this world because of the things you have chosen to learn from the situation.

I do not recall having sent you a christmas card in the past...and felt that it might be nice to send one that was more personal. Along with designing the artwork (very siimple as this idea come to me but 3 days ago) I got as many as I could to 'sign' it as well. Merry Christmas!! And know that we all think and discuss you often out here.

We love you and think of you all the time, praying you're doing well. Christmas has been crazy for us thus far... Nate lost his job and we received two anonymous gifts totaling almost $500. That still amazes and humbles me. SO, we are hoping to get through this season and this lull in employment without too many frustrations, but we shall see.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you right now, we'll be sure to say and extra special one on Christmas, and want you to know that you will be very close to our hearts that day as we wish you were with us.

Hey Big Little Brother!!
I am so excited about this card idea. I hope that you love it too. I have been thinking and thinking of the right words to say to you. I have retyped this already about 1/2 a dozen times. But no matter how many times I try to type this up I just can't think of anything cooler to say than this: I love you! I love you more than you know. We were best friends when we were little and I think often about all the really fun things we used to do together, which were usually your idea... even though, since I was older, I had to pretend all the coolest ideas were my own, that's what big sisters do (Becca taught me that. Ha ha). So, on Christmas Day, know that we are all thinking of you, remembering all the great times we've shared together, and looking ahead, knowing that we will share more great times in the future. Merry Christmas my brother, have a great one (and that's an order... or else "50 demerits for insubordination!" Ha ha ha!!).
